Gaskets by Material

We manufacturer standard pipe gaskets to order.

Standard pipe joints are available in the full range of gasket materials that we supply. Most gaskets can be supplied with PTFE envelopes.

Ring-type joints (RTJ's) and spiral wounds (SW's) are also available in all the standard formats.

Specialist Gaskets

We can produce specialist rubber gaskets for specific applications. The properties of the gaskets in question will be those of the rubbers from which they are manufactured.

The rubbers in question are generally viton and silicone.

Industrial Gaskets

RAM offers the following services: One-offs, Volume productions, Specials, Spot demand, CAD profiles, Kan-Ban, Prototyping, Supplier Reduction, Design.

Gasket Materials

For temperatures above 450 centigrade with no oxygen present consider graphite.

If you have extreme temperatures but little pressure eg. turbochargers use mica.

If you have a specific material requirement, you many require a food quality or pharmaceutical grade material.
