Environmental Policy

This policy covers RAM Gaskets production site at Cardrew Industrial Estate. It includes all operations wholly within our control.

RAM Gaskets manufacture high quality gaskets providing the technical flexibility required to react to our customer requirements. We recognise that although our activities interact with the environment, we are committed to minimising environmental impact to only that necessary for the successful operation of the business. In particular, this will be achieved through our commitment to:

Comply so far as is reasonable and practicable with all applicable environmental legislation and other industry requirements to which the company subscribes

Review, measure and monitor actual and potential significant environmental aspects associated with the business activities

Strive for continual improvement in environmental performance and pollution prevention by setting objectives and targets which are defined and measured against performance indicators

Establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining the environmental management system and communicating it to all persons working for or on behalf of the company

All employees have a responsibility to help meet the requirements of this policy and all are invited to contribute ideas directly to myself to improve environmental performance.
This policy will be made available to the general public upon request and posted on the company web site.
